"Pharmacy is garbage. Do not even try calling this place, waste of time. Getting through is a miracle. The CVS app's sole purpose is to waste your time and make you mad. It sends push notifications, and you check and there is no refill due. You try to do anything in it, and it says, 'CALL PHARMACY". If you have been paying attention, you know that is a waste of time. I get my meds discounted here because my insurance uses CVS, but I actually PAY for my own prescriptions at another pharmacy just so I no longer have to deal with CVS. It is that bad."
"This is one of those places you go and the service and overall experience is so bad that you wonder if you're being messed with. Every time there is a problem with refilling and picking up my prescriptions. Not to mention you cannot get ahold of the pharmacy, the phone either never connects, the call drops, or you sit on hold for over an hour before giving up. This isn't a fast food joint, they are administering medication and it shouldn't be such a stress inducing experience EVERY TIME. Take your medications somewhere else if you want reliability."
"I’ve been in desperate need of a refill of my anti-depressants and because of car troubles I can’t get to the pharmacy. I’ve been calling for two days and haven’t gotten through to anyone. I’m normally very patient, but I shouldn’t have to wait + minutes on the phone to NOT get in contact with someone."
"I have been utilizing this cvs for 5 years. I understand the hardships that Covid has placed upon all of us but In the last 3 months the service in the pharmacy has deteriorated. Called the pharmacy at : on Sunday night. I was put on hold for minutes. I finally hung up. Can’t believe they were that busy on a Sunday late night. They never did answer my call. I don’t mind waiting my turn, but at some point I have to be next. Dropped off an antibiotic RX at 1:pm on Tuesday, December , . Told me it would take 4 to 5 hours to fill. Really? Very poor customer service. Very disappointing. Might be time to find another pharmacy."
"Called to set up covid booster appointment, was told they were "not allowed" to give me the requested booster because the CDC had not approved it, even though the CDC page contradicts this. When I pointed this out they said they didn't have that information and HUNG UP ON ME. Believe the reviews, this is why CVS is having to go out of business. Worst service of all pharmacies around."
