"I had the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever been through. I have been having contradictory messages about routine Rxs and was trying to understand what is going on that they need constant contact with doc for refills. The woman was hostile, nasty kept interrupting me and loud. I ended up shouting too! I’ve never lost it before! I told her I’m not coming back and she said” good don’t come back!” My whole family has stopped using this CVS and I’ve been loyal. No more. To top it off the phone system won’t allow me to contact the pharmacy manager so now I will have to go in there to lodge my complaint. Ridiculous!"
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rarely do I leave reviews, but this pharmacy in particular has the most off-putting staff I have ever encountered. Almost none of them have interpersonal or customer service skills whatsoever. there is a pharmacy “manager,” charmin (?), like the toilet paper brand, whose attitude was extremely abhorrent toward me. I was absolutely shocked that someone would behave like that in a professional setting. I have since stopped visiting this store altogether."
"Terrible. I will actively avoid this location. There was an older blonde lady working the prescription counter where I went to pickup my prescription my doctor ordered 2 days prior. I assumed it was ready but she told me if I needed it sooner to have my doctor call another location. I had waited in line and had a couple of other items to check out. She told me I had to go to the front to check out because they were going to close for lunch (at 2?)."
"The indian pharmacist is the rudest he didn’t want to talk to me wanted to hang up. He is always rude never nice. Im not being mean i dont know his name but he should be talked by Maneger he doesn’t have good customer service at all…"
"The customer service at this location is absent! I was returning an item purchased at another location. I had my receipt, and explained to them that the original item didn't have any tags. At the time of purchase, the clerk used another item to scan the price and I was able to take the item without any tags home. The clerk and manager at this location said that I couldn't return the item without tags because they didn't carry the exact same item. I asked if they could call the other location (the phone number was on the receipt) and they refused to. They said that I would need to return the item to the original location; which incidentally is minutes away. Seriously poor service, and contrary to the CVS brand."
