Could not be more satisfied with this pharmacy and especially the pharmacist. Always so professional, patient, and kind. Every time I call, they address whatever I need and work as quickly as they can.

Our CVS (Brownsboro Rd) closes as of today, I had a new Rx that I needed filled, I was told to call any other CVS and they will handle the transfer. I called and was immediately told thanks for calling, hold and after being on hold 30 min at the 3708 Bardstown Rd location, I called the Lexington Rd location and the woman was extremely professional and super friendly. She made transferring my Rx to them quick and easy. I am now glad I was on hold and am switching to the Lexington Rd location.

Horrible pharmacy. Zero communication, awful web interface, the customer comes second. Will never use CVS again unless I’m absolutely forced to.

Pharmacy customer service is Great. I’m always surprised that the service reps can recall my name And often my DOB. A overall great crew.

Closed early. My wife had to go without her meds for the night that she very much needed. So tired of this pharmacy. The young man that works here is stellar. Anyone else is usually an issue.
