"Workers at the pharmacy are great, some cashiers are super friendly, but I had the displeasure of meeting Romana today. She was very rude and condescending when I was having trouble at the self checkout. The coupons kept voiding and wouldn't work and I asked for her help. She did her thing and then it didn't work again and I needed more help so she was huffing and puffing and blaming me for not putting in the damn coupons even though she took them out! The cashiers are usually not this obnoxious, and I didn't want to bother her for help since she was clearly already in a bad mood. I heard her and another woman complaining loudly about other customers. I go out of my way to be nice to everyone, ESPECIALLY in the retail or service industry. This woman just took her issues out on me and I didn't appreciate it at all."
