Severely empty shelves. Missing several very basic products any drug store should have on a Thursday night. Unhelpful. Poorly managed

I went there as referral from goodrx prescription. I showed my coupon but vivian ho didnt honor it as it was a screenshot.she asked me to show the coupon in app. I went home, took my wife's phone and came back to store. Showed the app with the coupon. Still she didnt honor the coupon and I ended up in paying more money. Rude and adamant employees really shows the company's public image. I won't visit this pharmacy again. This place is always closed but could see employees inside. Also money order machine is always not working after hours. Employees are asking customers to use self checkout.

There is a sign in the door saying they don’t open until 7am. But I see multiple employees inside hanging out. I really need some medicine. The sign was printed so I’m wondering if it was official or something the employees made.

Average CVS, fairly nice staff, get what ya need and go. Good pharmacy staff, HOWEVER, horrible at answering the pharmacy line. I've had plenty of times where I wait on hold for 20 minutes and get hung up on

I call the pharmacy just to be on hold for an hour with no one answering. I decided to drive to the pharmacy with gas prices hovering at $4.00 a gallon, waited in line for 15 minutes until its my turn just to tell me insurance doesn't cover the medication. They apologized for not answering the phone stating they are short staffed but that no excuse. Could have save me so much time and money by answering the phone. All my questions were answered less than a minute. Shame on CVS. Hire more folks.
