"Called today to get clarification on a medication authorization, was told it was my fault that I did not call to follow up after the prior authorization was “sent out” and ultimately got hung up on. Drove to this location to speak to the manager which she informed me the technician lied and said I insulted her. I was never informed of these changes and having the knowledge while being a prior technician myself, called months ago to inform what to run the prescription under since it was a paper documentation I gave to the staff in person. I gave permission for the manager to have corporate to call and listen to the audio recording to further prove I never insulted anyone. I was very upset upon entering after being hung up on for trying to get information on a medication needed that my doctor himself called personally saying he never got a denial. To the pharmacy manager, thank you for trying to clarify both on the phone and in person also for your professionalism."
