The pharmacy never answer the phone. And when I'm going to pay to the cashier on the front every single time I have to wait for somebody to come. Sometimes they are busy working on the store and other times they are just talking with other coworkers then I have to wait for them to finish their conversation to be able to pay what I'm buying I mean I know sometimes you have to wait but this happens every single time. Ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had to contact corporate on this location twice in as many weeks. They lost one of my husbands prescriptions and when I told (he took the scripts himself btw) the pharmacist he should be ashamed of himself he just kinda laughed and shook his head a little. They lost a list I brought of meds I needed to be refilled and so (same pharmacist) printed out my med list and my cousin who is my medical power of attorney circled them. We went back 3 days later to pick them up when they said they would be ready and 10 of the 16 were ready. This pharmacy is a joke.

If I could select a zero, I would. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but for the staff to be down right nasty to you after you have been patient and waited in line is inexcusable! They acted like it was such an inconvenience to wait on us. I would not even consider treating my customers that way.

This has been the worst pharmacy experience of my life. My doctor sent a prescription to them at 3:45 on Friday. When I went to pick it up around 5 they told me that I was not in their system and had never been a customer at CVS. This was my first time using this pharmacy, but I have used CVS as my pharmacy for years. I showed the pharmacy tech, Claudia, on MyChart where my doctor sent the medication to the correct CVS and flagged it as ready to pick up. She proceeded to scream at me that they didn’t have it so nothing I could show her would make any difference. My doctor’s office was already closed for the day, and I knew I would be forced to wait until Monday. I asked if there was anything I could do, since I take daily antidepressants and she told me to leave the store. I know that pharmacy techs have an impossible job right now in the pandemic, but her attitude was inexcusable.

This has CONSISTENTLY been the worst CVS location I’ve been too. The store is understaffed which makes the employees moody. The pharmacy techs are all over the place will say just about anything to soothe you for you to leave. The drive thru window has been “broken” for months.
