"We bought a house that already had a large water filtration system set up for our well, but we had no idea what it was all about. We called Culligan and they were able to schedule a technician to service our system very quickly. Josh Hardin, the technician who came out to our property, really took his time explaining to us how each tank functions, how to maintain the system, and what we should watch out for in the future. He was thorough and friendly and made sure to explain what each of the test results meant for the health of our water. He made suggestions for additional filters we could add to our RO system, but at no time did we feel pressured. Overall, we were really impressed with Culligan and especially with Josh. We’re very happy with the system we have and feel confident that Culligan is there for us should we ever need any help with it."

"I was a customer for 4 years. The last 4 months in a row they left a voicemail telling me I will get a delivery and the date and it matches the emailed schedule. And the truck pulls up and delivers to everyone but me. I would then call and email to have them come back an it would take days or multiple emails. Most recently they told me a supervisor would call me and they never did so I canceled. Now I'm switched to Crystal Springs. Here is the kicker, the delivery guy shows up a week late to deliver the water when he was supposed to take thier equipment back. He then explained I'm not on his list for units in the building who gets water."
