"Tamera apparently steered my wife in the wrong direction by ordering multiple tile selections that doesn’t even make sense. Furthermore the tile that was delivered is wrong and the other tile is missing from the order. So not only was tile not ordered because someone left for vacation and didn’t care about people’s orders or didn’t pass on the information to other employees,, even though it was ordered months in advance it’s wrong and now all is delayed on top of the pool delays. The part even pisses me off more is that I tile and Remoldel kitchens and bathrooms for a living. I have no design mock up or a plan on how the tile is being installed with the 3 different tiles. People need to start owning their jobs and communicate better. Just because you work , job and the hrs have ended doesn’t mean customer service should be ended then to. Sorry you are in sales. Own the job. Email your workers and communicate!"
