Receptionist was kind and efficient. Wait time was spot on. The vna was knowledgeable and helpful. Natalie was my PA. Amazing. Second time I’ve had here. Very helpful. Highly recommend this urgent care at crossroads.

Staff was courteous and competent, and worked efficiently with the resources they had. Wait time was a bit long, but understandable with current health and sanitation protocols. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

My wife was told to post a negative review by the staff, and was also told that 10 other people would post negative reviews today too, so here we go. My pregnant wife has a sinus infection and was instructed by her doctor to go to an urgent care to get antibiotics because she had to work until 7. She showed up at 7:25 when they close at 8:00 and was turned away because the 2 patients they had at that point was apparently enough for them and they wanted to go home. They told her to go to 40th and Farnham… We live in Millard and already went out of our way to go here. The website says they take their last patient 15 minutes before closing but that’s clearly not accurate. I wouldn’t waste my time coming here because it’s likely that staff will be tired and not want to work any more. They were incredibly rude and even laughed at my wife before even knowing or asking why she was coming in.

Horrible! They took my insurance card at my car. They made me fill out paperwork with my address. They didn’t bill insurance and also didn’t have my address of file so I was getting calls about turning me to collections. Bad attitudes. On lady ignored us by watching tv in the lobby and we can go in. She just kept ignoring us so we drove off on another visit. This place is an absolute disaster!!!

The team was all respectful and professional from the minute I walked in the door. The wait was a bit long but there were quite a few people there. I appreciate being able to walk in and see a medical professional in a reasonable timeframe & get my issues appropriately addressed!
