Absolute best local Bait and Tackle shop. The owner and staff are great. They have a huge selection of equipment and are very helpful.

I don't like the area very much, there's homeless people at the bridge fishing and harassing people. The police and the state of New York should stop people from fishing on that bridge, it's very dangerous!!!!! As for the store crossbay, they sell a great selection of fishing gear at the store with reasonable prices.

It’s a little pricey but they have everything you need for fishing. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable on the area and often recommend what bait to get and what equipment works best.

The guys here are very helpful, upbeat and professional. They have it setup where we can pick up what we need with social distancing in mind. I used to fish as a kid, and with all the free time I wanted to pick it back up. When I get there and clearly don't know what I'm talking about, they don't roll their eyes or act any kind of way like other places have. They happily help me figure out what I need and show interest in helping me, not just getting to the next person. Prices seem very reasonable. 100% recommend these guys, even if it means I'll now have a few more people to wait behind next time I go.
