"Have had a few bikes from Cross Country Cycles. The service department is especially great. I have worked with Justin and he is top notch. Very personable, great communication and explanation of services performed each and every time. Answers any and all emails and questions within minutes. Parts have been delayed due to supply chain and Justin keeps constant contact while awaiting delivery of these parts to the dealership for installation. Even had aftermarket part in stock already that he thought would go good on my bike and let me know in case I wanted it installed while the bike was there.
