The CSR and myself have a bit of fun in the process. Which is nice compared to other businesses, which do not.

I wish their service pace was quicker but they are always telling customers the pros and cons of their products and offering deals that allow for satisfying payments for the customers

Horrible employee👎🏽 Went today and the girl up front was on the phone with another employee but not once acknowledged me not even “I’ll be right with you” nothing like I was not even there. I just left no point in waiting when I was there for like almost 15 to 20 mins.

Walked into store to. Upgrade phones and were helped by Josephine & Jennifer and they were exceptional and very helpful, so very satisfied
