Found a promotion they were having while I was surfing through offerup. So we went in to add a line to our account. Fast and easy without costing a ridiculous amount. Summer was amazing. So nice and helpful. She went above and beyond by asking if we were signed up for the affordability program, which we were not. So she gave us the information and even got us all signed up! This will definitely be our store from now on!

Summer is a fantastic human being, and incredibly helpful. If you pick Cricket, come here. And especially avoid the Bandera and Hillcrest location - David is the worst.

I literally just went into that store to ask about deals both the manager and the representative were rude not friendly and just condescending. All I wanted to know was about the iPhone deal so I could transfer my number over and she basically tried she basically tried to force me to purchase insurance on the phone when I didn't want it just rude as a customer walking into the store the 1st thing that you should do is greet your customer with a friendly attitude but that didn't happen they were both through manager and the cashier

I gave this store 5 stars because Jennifer A. went out of her way to help me and even though things didn't go as planned she was very patient and professional.
