I am very disappointed with my visit to this store! I went in to port over my service from metro to cricket and was helped by the manager Cherilyn Garza. She informed me that my phone comes with a screen protector, case, charging cube & a speaker For Free. When I got home I looked at my receipt and realized the accessories were NOT FREE! I immediately took the accessories back to the store and asked for my money back. Cherilyn informed me that the accessories were not able to be returned. I wish I would have stayed with metro they never tricked me like this now I’m out 150$. I will never return to this store again! Is this how it is at all crickets? And does anyone know if there is someone I can speak to about this?

My husband and I went by the store yesterday because we had questions about our plan that was about to change. Cherilyn Garza was the person who helped us and we were very pleased with her customer service. She was prompt, she thoroughly answered every question we had and she helped us save money. We are grateful for her assistance and understanding and she showed great leadership of her store. A+ for Cherilyn Garza and her Cricket Store!

Cherilyn Garza is not professional at all doesn't respect her customers wants to go to the office and start yelling couldn't talk to a manager because all of them looked scared...and cherilyn Garza dude is always hanging out there not the first time I see him there

I will never shop at this location or with the ones “in charge there” they failed to give me info on product and then no one wanted to take responsibility. That’s including CRICKET in general even their customer service line. Poor customer service. I regret switching over. But once my six months is up I will definitely be getting out!!!
