"Made it clear that the item was to be shipped in a custom wood crate. Paid extra for that service. Item was shipped in a cardboard box and forklift forks were driven through it. Item was severely damaged. Will never use Craters and Freighters again. I gave them an extra star because they are paying for the damage."
