"Consistently excellent classes, instructors, studios and locations. I can usually take a CPY class in the AM or PM in nearly any area of my home city as well as cities in other states when I’m traveling - a huge convenience."
"Great hard core classes to make you sweat everything you ate the night before. Nice and clean studio and lovely teachers! Back to classes with no masks !!! This is freedom and true deep breathing 😉"
"Friendly staff, nice environment, instructors give clear guidance and it's a non-competitive healthy strengthening focus!"
"Studio is clean, teachers are energetic and nurturing, classes have lots of variety and new merchandise turns over quickly. Great studio overall."
"It was too much of a sales pitch experience. I went in with the hopes of doing the 2-week trial for $1 and trying out different classes and instructors. It was also an opportunity for me to spend time with friends in a fun and healthy environment. However I left paying $ for a drop-in class after discussing all other packages. Although having a bright and “welcoming” lobby, thank he mirrors and floors were still dirty from prior classes, the heaters were loud, and being situated on a busy street there was noise solution and lots of foot traffic from the sidewalk. As I compare this to other studios, it’s not as cozy and zen as I expect from a yoga studio - and it’s expensive as it compares to its competitors."
