"I didn’t have a change to talk to the case agent for my stepson yet, but when you dial O for information, the ladies that answer the phone are very sweet and understanding of the though time that we are going thru and give all the info we need to know to reach the case agent . I really appreciate the kindness of those ladies ."
"A great place. The people there are very professional; they answer all your questions in detail. They treat their inmates like family. We need more places of businesses like this one."
"The staff people's is the more rude they only receive payment for caring detained but they think they are the maximum authority ...they are not agents of ICE ,they are only security ,and migration pay for each detainee and they have to do their job well ...equaled"
"Robert Lacy jr Warden (leader)....you should really review some of your staff here. Just horrible attitudes. I believe we all come to see a loved one and obtain accurate information not to be looked at wrong or be given attitude like were all criminals or were suppose to know certain rules there on the first day coming here. Some are really nice and helpful but is less of the nice ones. If they dont like their job they need to find another job that suits them. SIMPLE!!!!!"
"I flew from NYC to this place yesterday for my lady friend. Females visits start at 2pm on Sunday. There's no direct contact. The staff was friendly but come on no contact? More than half of the people housed there are not criminals just victims of a messed up system which is worse because of Trump."
