"Terrible experience! I was Completely ignored when I walked in. No one greeted let alone acknowledged my presence. The frumpy blonde in the front finished her phone call with a customer went to the back of the room to gossip with another employee for an extra ten minutes before finally approaching me just to tell me that I needed an appt to even be assisted by her. When I got on the phone and called to speak with someone they told me otherwise that what she said wasn’t the case I ended up leaving and coming back another day and same grumpy blonde helped me out and gave no apology for being wrong and turning me away because she was too lazy to do her job! So disappointing that a company can seriously hire people like this to be the face of their business!"
