I was worried that I wouldn’t have my daughter’s passport in time, since we were leaving for a trip to Australia a few weeks after her citizenship was granted. Justin told me everything would be taken care of and not to worry. And he was 100% right. Excellent people and excellent service!

I went with my husband to get my passport done the service was excellent wouldnt expect anything less from an Aussie.

Great experience! Fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. Would come in just for a chat with other Aussies if that wasn’t such a creepy thing to do.

The absolute best service. Justin has helped my wife and I renew our passports; sort out our newborn son's citizenship; get his passport; and sell 2 properties back home. Always friendly, and happy to give advice to help everything go smoothly. I owe him at least a dozen beers.
