Beautiful day today and Beautiful course to play. This course is well maintained , clean and have Beautiful views. Fairways and greens are nice. Golf cards are clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's very busy but no wait, golfers moving with good time. Refreshment cart making trips to all holes. Clubhouse is nice, so is bar. Restrooms are clean. Will be back to play another round here.

I would give this a 1/2 star if I could! Fairways do not exist! As in my backyard might be better maintained. And I don’t have a backyard. Rate of play is poor. The icing on the cake is I scheduled a 3some and they wanted us share carts and if we wanted to be “socially distant” we would have to PAY for a 3rd golf cart! Here is a photo of what Clearview Park thinks is safe! ( smart but not safe). We will never play here again.

This course is a joke. Maybe I am a spoiled Michigan golfer but this would be the worst kept course in Michigan by a long long shot. If I had the option of playing golf at Clearview again or staying home I would choose to stay home. Greens are butchered, fairways non existent, never seen so many unnatural bounces in 18 holes before. Also the putting green seemed to be in better condition than any green out there and it was closed. Skip it.

I really want to like this course but it’s just not happening for me. Last year this place was in great shape. This year with Covid it went to hell. Somehow all the other courses have kept their maintenance schedule but this place not so much. The fairways look and feel terrible. And the greens are my biggest gripe. It’s like putting on old broccoli very patchy and uneven. If if you put the straightest line possible your ball will hit several ditches and crabgrass which will absolutely change the path. I don’t even count my shots on this course. I just use it to practice. They lowered their rates because of the disrepair which I can appreciate. But recently they raised their rates. Which led me to assume that they were back up to par. Wrong. It was the same. I’m willing to change my Review when the course gets back into shape because from a design perspective it’s fine. There’s so much potential here. Let’s just get this place going again. PLEASE!

Don't waste your time booking a tee time here. The fairway consists of dirt with 0 grass. You can't tell the difference between the rough or fairway. The greens have craters all throughout them. Don't bother playing here. Go over to Douglaston. Paying almost $70 with a cart to play here is beyond absurd.

Short Features:

Putting green & a relaxed clubhouse Popular 18-hole golf course with a big putting green, plus a chill clubhouse serving American fare.
