Never buy jewelry without first seeing it. CCPA has done away with giving buyers an "idea" of the size of the jewelry such as pendants by not placing a measuring tape next to it. Appraisals are flawed! Always too high! Return Policy is inadequately detailed. Many items are misidentified in their posts. Many items are damaged but not explicitly brought to buyer's attention in looking at their site. Do not leave your credit card information with them. It makes it easier to go down to the site and look at the "won" items to make sure items are not damaged and/or jewelry are what you thought they would be from CCPA photos. Jewelry photos always make the jewelry look nice and huge, but in reality, pieces are very small. Many times not worth the price one buys if for. Returns are inconvenient with a long drive to North Las Vegas. As for CCPA's top manager, he/she needs to be aware that Buyers are important and shouldn't be mistreated or fooled in their quest for more income. Also,...

Run...Stay away. This auction house has bad business practices. Unethical, inaccurate, false advertising, and a complete waste of time & money. Good luck getting someone to help you if there is a problem. No one answers the phone & if you show up, they are always "Too busy" to resolve your issue. They have been reported to the FTC. Awful & shameful.

Their online auction was fun. Went to pick up my items and they were very prompt in bringing them to me and also helped me load my items. Great experience!

If they disallow competing bids that is a concern for anyone who tries to sell items on there. I was disallowed from bidding during an online auction for no reason… things started going really cheap and I have to wonder who gets to win these items with practices like that happening. I followed up with an email and a phone call and I haven’t gotten any answer yet about why this auctioneer would do that. I hope its just a misunderstanding and not outright rigging.
