"The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed."

"I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed. They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in. I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem. The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing. They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes. Just wanted to share my experience."

"I recently had this company replace my water heater and I would highly recommend them. First, I received a prompt estimate when requested, after the first rep (sorry, forgot his name, but he was on time and very nice) came to assess the problem, and was quickly able to set up an installation date. Then, both installers (two "Kevins") arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. (I should also note that, when I had requested it, the company nicely moved my installation to an earlier date when I expressed concern about the safety of my old unit.) All in all, I was very pleased with how City Plumbing does business and I will undoubtedly use them again (and I'm in marketing)."
