This is a clean and comfortable place to go for training, but there always seems to be a gut wrenching odor coming from one end of the building. At times, you can hear strange and somewhat embarrassing sounds also coming from that area. FULL DISCLOSURE: I worked in this place eight years, until retirement. The sounds and smells are coming from a former coworker who has digestive disorders. Trooper that he is, he is carrying on the traditions of "The Cul-de-sac" all alone, since my departure. Love ya, lil' bro!
