"I have just moved back to Charlotte since and moved to a different area so I needed to find another dentist that I would be totally at ease with. City Dental was perfect. Not only was this location great and easy to get to but great front office staff. The young lady at the desk was very sweet and kind and personable. I was assigned to Ellen as my dental hygienist. She was informative, a perfectiont (great for me) and was at ease with my wacky sense of humor. Dr Walsh was so personable and he listened to where I wanted to take my dental care with regards to next steps. They both listened and were both honest yet willing to work with what I wanted and needed to have done. Maria started the processing on my claim. She was super nice and easy to organize my dental care with. I believe that pretty much rounds up a great first experience. I look forward to going back and not a lot of people say that about their dental appointments 😉"

"My hygienist and dentist were fine, however the office staff is horrible. Canceled an appointment I had scheduled weeks in advance because I missed voicemail from them while I was at a work conference. I received an email 2 days before my appoint letting my know my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t call the office before hours of my appointment, and when I responded immediately I was told they had already given my appointment away. Maria did all this on a Saturday when they were “closed” so there was no way to get in touch with them. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with them and no one has responded. Honestly, not worth it especially if you have a busy schedule. There are a million better places to go in Charlotte."

"I always love my visits here. They are so organized from schedule reminder texts to the front desk staff to the hygienists and the dentist. They are like one body and each member knows their role and executes. I appreciate it truly."

"I honestly think this place is farming reviews or faking them. I had a HORRIBLE experience here. They gave me 4 fillings and my teeth hurt for months. I’ve gotten fillings in the past and they never hurt that long - I still have problems to this day. I went back and they tried to fix them again and failed AGAIN. Then I tried to get them on the phone 4 or 5 separate times and finally just stopped trying. DO NOT GO HERE, the lobby is nice and the front desk staff are nice, everyone is very courteous, but once they mess you up, you’ll have to show up to their office to get back on their schedule - and they will mess you up if you have anything past normal cleanings."
