"Nick and Taylor have been working on my family's vehicles for over a decade now - our cars, through time, have ranged from American makes (Tesla), Japanese makes (Lexus, Toyota, Acura), and German makes (Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW). Every project, whether big (e.g. wiring in a bluetooth/iPhone kit to a Porsche) or small (e.g. hardwiring my radar detector on a brand new Supra) they take on with no hesitation. And we are always beyond happy with the quality of the work done. For example, on the bluetooth/iPhone kit (Dension unit) done on our ' Cayenne they were able to have my original OEM headunit work with steering wheels controls kept! For my radar detector (Uniden R7), they found a super discrete mirror mount and a great place to mount the external mute/function box! The best part is that they walk you through what they plan to do so that you can provide feedback before anything is done - I personally have loved that because they also let me know why some of my initial thoughts may not be best for my intended use. Service with these guys is top notch and it's not surprise why you'll always bump into their regulars when you're there for even just an hour!"

"These guys are busy for a reason. They're experts at their craft and love what they do. Even more, they work for ensuring the customer leaves satisfied. My install was on a newer car, Ford Fusion, which had an interesting communication bus that required an aftermarket radio to have an upgrade to the HVAC system. During the first couple weeks of driving it, I called them about a bass knob, an issue with the voice controls, an the HVAC fans. When I couldn't reprogram a spare key, I called them and Taylor and his crew at City Car Radio took care of it all. They offered me a replacement rental. They offered me a refund for the spare key programming. They even took the car and coordinated programming the spare key with the dealership on their own.
