I'm sorry what defines a luxury theater, i think the food should be exceptional right? Do not order thier lobster diabla tacos if your expecting spicy and something resembling a fish taco that you would pick up almost anywhere in San Diego County. They actually served a lobster taco in partially stale taco shells. I hoped it got better with every bite, but it did not. The French fries were seasoned and good... if you have to order them, please choose flour tortillas instead, I've never heard of a flower tortilla taco shells... Otherwise people and service were great If you doubt me, go try it and then go try The Lot movie theater, and order tacos, they put the luxury in thier food too.

This is a luxury movie theater! Order food/drinks at your seat...gets served to you at your seat! Has a modestly stocked bar (beer/wine/some mixed drinks). Very helpful and polite staff. Moved seats to accommodate my mobility scooter so I could watch the show in Their luxury powered recliner seats. I will watch movies here again! I highly recommend this theater.

I change my review to 4*. Gilbert is so helpful with this issue that he gave me 4 tickets for the error the corporate made. I'll give the staff 5* for being accommodating. I would have love to continue using Cinepolis, but my credit card I was charged $35 for 2 person 3x. I called, emailed when I found out the error. I been promised several times that I will be refunded several times. It's bee almost a month. I haven't heard from them. All I want is to be credited to my account in order for me to used the theater. But I will not be using Cinepolis from now on

Two people: Tickets= $43 Two small pouches of chocolate covered pretzels = $18. Grand total = $63 Imagine if we had ordered food! No wonder Netflix is so popular. Never again.

Pretty good food and drink, very comfy seating, kind staff that put up with my disoriented self navigating the place, heh.. A wonderful venue to see my first movie in a theater in years!
