I paid 50 deposit and $180 for the party. Our host Whitney and Javon was awesome hosts. They accommodated us for the helium they didn't have. The only thing is the unlimited bracelet and cards I suggest do not ship until after your party. Being you get called back for pizza ice cream chuck e cheese dance and ticket blaster which takes time away from your 2 hours of play time.

Place is dirty, employees rude, playing on their phones. Broken machines. Does anyone care? Why are they wearing face masks on their chins? Used to be a fun place to go. Will not return.

Came in at 5:30 ordered our food and took the kids to play games after an hour and no food asked if they were going to be done soon told me 10-15 more minutes finally recieved it at 7:05. I get short staffing, but an hour and a half to make a 1 topping pizza and some wings is crazy.

Kids had a wonderful time for my son's 7th birthday! Staff were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and all the games were working which is a huge plus because we drove from the one down the street from us to this one. The one on east Washington Street always has broken down games and trash everywhere inside.
