I arrived to their offices on time the day of my appointment and the place was closed. I called their number several times and somebody finally picked up after the third attempt. "Fast, professional, friendly and honest! I needed the visa within 5 days and am on the boarder line of the cut off deadline which would require an expedite. I did some online researches and all the other agencies wether online or in store will require me pay more to expedite it.
