So we realized that Children emergencies of certain types are only treated in this hospital or MOTS... Really good doctors and we got the best care.. Few tips - Valet parking can get in the way when you try to drop off but please use all three lanes to drop off. Their parking structure is never full and really easy to use so park yourself. Parking starts above level 3 and if you do park on an even level you need to take a ramp down to the entry to the hospital. This is not needed if you are parking on the odd level. Finally if you have stay overnight and need to grab some food, use the underground tunnel to connect to the other hospitals.

WORST ER EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! I bought my 10 month old son into the ER because he pulled out his gtube . First off the wait time is horrible!!!! No way parents should be waiting 5-6 hours for their kids to be seen! Especially when it's drs and nurses just sitting around. Also they bought in a covid positive little girl in the hallway with no mask around all the other kids !!!! Terrible! It's also not the cleanest ER, you have some rude nurses ,but I think they were just a little overwhelmed. Please get it together I will be driving further to a different hospital because that was the worse ER Experience I have ever had!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my son to the emergency room last night because he had a low grade fever, chronic cough, a runny nose, and vomiting. I waited in the room for at least 2 hours and had to ask when the doctor was coming in for someone to finally come in. The care my disabled son with asthma and cerebral palsy received was terrible. They did an xray on his lung and stomach. I had to ask them to put a pulse ox on him. They didn't give him anything for the chronic cough. They sent him home and he has gotten worse like he does everytime they send him home. They know that he is high risk and his condition will change overnight. I'm not taking him back to that hospital this time.

Hmmm…well some how they managed to put another child’s X-ray into my child’s chart. Then Told me it was my child’s X-ray even though…funny thing…my kid didn’t even get an X-ray! Someone in charge should Probably get this figured out ASAP. Cross contamination of personal medical documents is highly frowned upon.

This would be my 22nd time for bringing my son into the ER and I can say that it has been a bad experience with the Social Work there because my son has a mental health issue along with severe aggressive behavior...as many times I have explained to the nurses on what is going on with my son all they tell me to do is wait for the Soc.Wkr so I did and when she arrives all she tells me is that it is up to the screener and by the time I get a chance to talk to them the nurses had to have already talked to them because by the time I try to explain how severe and homicidal he has gotten they have the nerve to say that he doesn't fit the criteria for long term or they cannot find nowhere for him to go but if I give up my parental rights they can find something or they're threatening me with CPS if I don't come pick up my son from the hospital ......I don't care for how the Family Law is treating families that is going through this..... I have 3 other children so therefore they don't deserve t...
