"Had a laptop motherboard diagnosed here a while back and was told I'd be better off returning the motherboard instead of paying them to repair it. I appreciate them not trying to make money on something that wasn't worth repairing and I still had the option to return to the seller. Brought my phone with a cracked screen in a couple of weeks ago. Given an ETA of one week for the new screen to arrive and be installed. Repair was done within a week as promised. Looks like new, and the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely be back whenever I need repairs for both personal and work devices."
