"HORRIBLE visit! Ronette Lammers was the provider I saw this afternoon she was very rude and condescending - definitely does not come off friendly or someone that should be dealing with the public- especially people coming in to be seen for their health issues!!! Not professional what so ever , she did no sort of physical exam on me but states in the after visit summary everything was normal -how would she know if everything was normal she didn’t move out of the chair the whole visit ?All she did was sit and drill me about my medication list from 5 years ago! I asked if I should go else where when she was acting as if I was a bother to her, she said no but I honestly didn’t even want to be seen by her or even trust her so called professional opinion. I asked the nurse if there was an actual doctor there not some LPN that’s mad at life. I mean you are dealing with sick people and acting completely rude to them -FIND A NEW JOB if you can’t be nice to patients!!!! The nurses were nice thankfully, I feel bad they have to work besides a Karen who try’s to be a doctor! What a joke- I’ll be in contact with CHI over this!"

"Absolutely horrible. I came in symptoms of highly variable blood oxygen levels and feeling like I was going to pass out. It was my liver and kidney failing I found out later. They took nothing seriously and the doctor wanted to talk about how much protein I was eating. They could tell me nothing remotely useful. The nurse who dealt with me initially was incredibly rude. This was June ."

She is very knowledgeable, a good doctor. You are never rushed through like other offices. You are treated with respect and courtney. I highly recommend Dr Gupta."

"After waiting for 2 hours, I was seen by a doctor for less than minutes, and I was told the same information I had gleaned from webmd based on my symptoms and given a temporary (5 day) prescription. I felt like they weren’t even listening to me and were just trying to write me a prescription and get me out the door, rather than actually figuring out what was wrong/referring me to another doctor who could figure out what was wrong. And on top of that, while the prescription helped my symptoms, as soon as I ran out my symptoms came straight back. So this visit was an absolute waste of money"

"Took my kids in today, seen by Ronette Lammers. Worst experience ever, she is rude, and told me my baby had an ear infection prescribed him an antibiotic. He had tubes placed in September, and there was no drainage so I called the ENT right away to make sure the tube wasn't clogged. Got him to the ENT 2 hrs later and there is no ear infection at all. Learn how to do your job. Very dissatisfied."
