"Kim, the owner takes great care of the buildings. Never had any issues as far as maintenance or bugs. I would highly recommend living here. I absolutely love my apartment. The neighbors who live here all watch out for each other and everyone is quiet and nice. The location is absolutely fabulous being right on cherry street and close to downtown."
"The complex is in a really good neighborhood, easy access to lots of dinning options and activities. Also within reach of parks. The complex is quiet and the Kimberly and Lori are very responsive and any maintenance issues that I have had in the past were addressed very promptly usually within min -1hr. I Would recommend cherry street villas/ O’fallon properties."
