"Requested a tow through Allstate roadside assistance at 4: AM. Arrival time kept being delayed. Finally called to find out why. I could not believe what the dispatcher said. “ The place you want it towed to doesn’t open until 8AM.” I calmly explained that is why they have a drop box for keys and I had been waiting for two and a half hours already. Showed up at 7:. Three hours!"

"BEWARE!!!… Chacón were hired thru my insurance.. they provided min ETA.. min later they said min ETA.. after one hour they texted saying min.. after min they said min more.. finally 2hrs after first message they arrived.. but with the wrong tow truck.. after a call to their boss, they just left.. no apology or “we’ll be back”.. just drove off.. what a fkin joke this ppl are!!"

"I want to thank Chacon Towing & there driver “Big Rob”. very Professional & Respectful. - He arrived fast to get my mother & I from the highway. He fixed his middle seat, told us to seat in the truck while he gets my vehicle on the flatbed because it’s not safe standing out in the highway. Got my vehicle on the bed & strapped fast. Drives us safely to our house & very Friendly, had my mother and I laughing the whole way home. I highly recommend Chacon Towing !!!!! They get the job done 👍👍🙂"
