Completely unprofessional sales representatives, he was not interested in selling me a car at all, he was on his phone the whole time , didn't tell me anything about the car , then when I go to test drive the car he says u have to fill out an application "to see if I qualify to drive the car" .... this will be my third car now and never have they tried to check my credit especially for a PRE OWNED CAR.! Don't buy here.

Thank you so much Daniel George very good salesman he help my close friend get his first car he took his time with us he took care of us over all very understanding definitely gonna come back!!!! And very recommended!!!

I had the worst customer service yesterday because I had won a TV and no one attended me, they just looked at me and did not ask me if I needed help, I waited for 15 minutes and no one approached me to help me and the workers just passed by and told me someone is coming to help you and the store's cell phone rang like 3 times and no one answered it which is a waste of time and so you can't do business with staff who don't care🥲very bad They don’t deserve not even one star

Recently showed up to the pre-owned Nissan office to participate in their prize contest that they mailed out to me. Everything was incredibly misleading from the beginning. According to the handout, it appeared I was a winner and the information said it was “guaranteed.” However when I show up the dealership, not only did they waste my time by walking around the lot for a car that wasn’t even there (the sales guy showed me pictures of it on his phone when we couldn’t find it) but then I had to compare the prize numbers to a different prize board which then said I won a $5 gas card. However they were conveniently “out” of gas cards and offered to mail it to me. After almost an hour of being there, I walked away empty-handed. The whole experience felt deceptive and lackadaisical, and I do not feel inclined to work with or purchase ANY vehicles from the pre-owned center.
