Biggest issue was with getting a loaner/rental, and the lack of communication with Cadillac warranty plan. Not used to the current decline in level of service due to the pandemic."

She was thorough, knowledgeable and genuine when quoting prices for repairs on my car. She promised me a completion time and she did not disappoint. She is my go to service rep should I need to see them again. For now, car is running smoothly. :)"

"I really wanted to give this location 5 stars because the customer service in the service department has been great, very nice people. I thought I found my new go to dealership, however this last visit I had when I went to get some warranty covered services done with my A/C I guess I got too comfortable and put too much trust in them. I was told apart I needed to fix my AC would have to be ordered so I had to order it and I tried to push this off until I had time to go in but I was told that the parts go fast and they couldn’t hold it for me even though I ordered it. I told them that I had a very important appointment at : AM and I needed my car by then but I was told in another phone call there was a K service that needed to be done and was highly recommended, I thought it was just like any other service that I have done to my Cadillac I wasn’t told a price and I missed my meeting because the service took so long I didn’t get my car until almost 2 PM and ended up paying $.. After I paid they didn’t give me a receipt for the servicing I don’t know what they did or why it cost so much but it’s OK money isn’t the issue it’s the fact that I wasn’t well-informed and I feel taken advantage of especially when I told them I had a very strict time schedule. I guess I will have to take my business to a different dealership, especially now that I’m looking for a second vehicle, if that’s what they do in the service department I don’t wanna know what they do on the sales floor."
