"This is a terrible bank with terrible service. They collected my money for 7.5 years straight with no issues. Then I called him to waive the late fee due to Covid he said no I’m not waiving anything you need to make a full payment and a late fee now. This is the bank that overcharged me for years collected ten of thousands of dollars of interest fee and they couldn’t waive a $ late fee once in 7.5 years during pandemic. This is how you will be treated too as a loyal customer. Please spare your time and nerves there are so many good options for mortgage don’t repeat my mistake. Daryl Frevert is the one to avoid terrible business and terrible treatment of customers."
