"Jim did an excellent job at explaining the issue with my phone and then did a very quick repair job on it. My phone had stopped charging and the headphones would not work as well. Turns out the charging port was worn out. Jim put in a new port in less than an hour and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the part and the service. Very reasonably priced with quick turnaround. "Went to this store hoping that they would be able to repair my diagnostic scanner. I had been to several different repair shops and they all said they could or would not be able to repair it. However this shop was able to repair my scanner and had it ready to pick up in 2 hours. Very friendly, polite and straightforward in letting you know what is going on. My scanner works better than before. Will definitely do more business at this store."
