"I came in to get my screen replaced because there was a green line going through the middle of the screen. I have had the phone for 2 years with No cracks or scratches on the screen, only the green line going through the middle. I thought i was getting a good deal because the guy told me he can match the price of the insurance company and throw in a screen protector. Not even a week after I got the screen fixed by this location, the middle of my phone screen is shattered. The screen protector isn't even scratched. The phone was not dropped. I dont even know how it cracked. Maybe I accidentally hit the screen but that does not constitute the screen cracking and not the screen protector. Also if it wasnt a noticeable hit or impact to the phone how is the screen cracked so easily?? The materials being used are not quality and they are robbing people of their money. They offer a warranty but not if the phone is cracked.... although they use cheap screens for replacement. I had my phone for two years with no cracks... if you want quality go to another tech repair business."

"Had to get them boys at cell tech a 5 star! Cracked my phone last night and it went to full green screen. I went to tmobile they didn't want to fix the problem so I went to cell tech and my guy simon got me right within 3hours!"

"This is an extremely bad place to get your phone repaired or even buy any case. I was attended by the store manager guess he told his name as Mahesh...gave extreme high price for a iPhone repair(Screen and back). The screen is not original, it's just a fake fist copy screen. Surprisingly the back was exactly same as original but after doing some research of my own I came to know they are not authorized by Apple to do repairs, still they do have a Apple logo screen. @Apple uh huh?? When asked for a better quality screen got a quote in which is higher that my exchange rate of my phone. Very disgusting place and unprofessional employee. After negotiating and arguing for over mins I left the place and I believe he cursed me in his native language...was not in a mood to take up a fight but I want to tell everyone that STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
