"It was satisfactory but clerk said they have a hard time getting shipments and they were out of the products I needed!"
"Bought a bunch of stuff from them including their “premium” silky satin Durags. 2 out of 4 of them were already ripping when I opened them. I took them back the next day and the lady told me they don’t do returns on opened items even though I wouldn’t know it was ripped until after paying and opening them. She was super rude and refused to do anything about selling me already torn items. Def would NOT shop here."

"I went to CDC beauty supply store on 3/6/. I drove minutes to get there and arrived at 7: pm. There was another person checking out while I got the items I needed. The sales associate, Martha (with bangs) was rude, didn’t greet me, and made me feel that my presence annoyed her. I understand it was close to 8pm, but it wasn’t 8pm and I’m a frequent customer. Ultimately she started counting down the cash register just as I wanted to purchase something. She said I wouldn’t be able to check out. This was at 7: pm. I drove there for one item because stores in my neighborhood close at 7 and do not sell the products I need. Ultimately, I will not be back to this store front. I am disappointed by how I was treated."
