"Ok so I won't lie in the beginning I was a little skeptical because I was adamant that I did NOT want to test my embryos yet I felt I was being pressured to do so. After much thought I gave in and said to heck with it may as well go for it. Lots of facilities are shying away from fresh transfers, but I was strong in that I wanted a fresh transfer and Dr. Hickman was OK with that. This was my 4th cycle with the other 3 taking place over 4 years ago at another facility. I don't know what Dr. Hickman did, but my results were UNBELIEVABLE and he was able to get me pregnant with a fresh untested embryo while my other are off still being tested. My nurse Courtney is the absolute best ever. I am still in shock that it actually worked and can't thank CCRM, Courtney or Dr. Hickman ENOUGH!"

"The Absolute BEST. Cannot sing CCRM'S praises enough! I drive down from Austin to see Dr. Kudesia- who is incredibly smart, quick, kind, down-to-earth, and educational! The only doctor who talked to me about nutrition and taking care of my body during the IVF treatments....and makes herself available to answer all of my questions. She's got experience with women in their s like me so I have never felt 'old' or 'beyond my time' with her- my age didn't scare her one bit. I have never felt like a number with her- or her nurse Thessa- who is a dream and so incredibly supportive throughout a process that is wrought with stress and emotional upheaval -- I cannot thank them enough for keeping me sane during these treatments!! Their Memorial City location is a well-oiled MACHINE. You get in quickly for your blood draw & ultrasounds (with your doctor unless it's a weekend and/or your doc happens to be OOO) at the same time (other clinics outsource lab work and/or take forever) and yet they still make sure you have time to ask questions. I am so impressed-- and every single person is friendly and thorough. And the Sugarland location where Dr. Kudesia is is adorable and also really quick and easy! I wish they were in Austin SO much- but % worth the drive just for the care I receive with them and their team. Would recommend them and especially Dr. Kudesia to every single person I meet."

"Unorganized, unprofessional. Do not trust with your embryos. I was a patient of Houston IVF and Dr. Mackenzie (who was FANTASTIC), Dr. Hickman's former practice that merged with/was bought out by CCRM. THIRTEEN YEARS LATER I got a phone call from a collections agency claiming I owe them money. For what? Embryo storage. Well that's odd because after our twins were born, we asked that our embryos be destroyed. SO WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING WITH THEM? Highly unprofessional. They had my phone number and email address and DID NOT REACH OUT TO ME in those ways before siccing a collections agency on me. They say they will clear out the "owed" money but I have to sign this form, get it notarized, etc. I am furious. No apology for this incredibly unprofessional treatment. I was put on hold to speak with a manager and then directed to leave a voice mail. No call back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE."
