"Our doctor was Katherine McKight and although she was absolutely incredible the rest of CCRM is not. I have received multiple bills from them which is understandable and expected, however I have left multiple messages with their financial department to make payments and they have yet to return my calls. Now they are messing up our credit because we are unable to pay said bills because of the lack of effort on their end. You can send a bill but can’t seem to pick up the phone for a payment? If we knew CCRM was going to be like this we never, ever would have chosen them. Despite having good doctors and staff everything else is complete trash. How can I continue to try and grow my family if y’all are out here destroying my and my husbands credit because you simply cannot find time to answer the phone?"

"I went with Dr Nodler back in to get pregnant and thankfully we saw the results of the treatment very soon! Now we want to have a second baby and of course this was our place to go! "Poor experience. I was sent here for a lab test to be run, and the results were lost and not provided to my primary physician. When I called to locate the results, staff could not reach the Andrologist to find out what happened with the test and results."
