"Yes I just saw some of the other reviews. I am really shocked about some of the complanits. The CB2 store in Philly is amazing. My personal experience has been wonderful. The staff is always helpful. Even after coming down to the store from York pa I am always greeted nicely. As a African American it feels great not to have some one follow me around the store like I am about to steal something. Well that has never happen to me at CB2. The staff greeted me with smiles and always said Hi can I help you! The furniture is totally dope, cool, fresh, absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!! I cant get enough. Super high end style. Other then Pottery Barn, West Elem , and Hardware Restoration of King of Prussia, I can honestly say the CB2 store is so freaking beautiful and my very favorite!!!!! I was inspired to shop even more after I saw in the catlog Lenny Kravitz designs. So of course I bought and orderes the coolest stuff! Thank you also to my CB2 designer from the Chicago area. Thank you also the supervisor's and daily store crew that constantly answered all of my questions when I call the store. Hell, even the ware house people and customer service workers were on point. My leather sofa is crazy soft as butter and so so comfortable. My furniture arrived on time. They helped me if anything was missing. They gave me credit and helped with exchange. I love CB2 and Carte and Barrel for its high end style and European quality. If only I could say the same for the house I bought, which turned in to a nightmare. But thanks to my CB2 furniture life is manageable."

"terrible service would be an understatement. if I could give this less than one star I would. ordered 4 pieces of furniture, received no originations of updates and are now being told the items won’t be delivered for another month and a half when we’ve already been waiting 3 months with NO RESPONSE. absolute garbage service. do not buy here"

"Oof this is hard for me as I love the products but this store needs some serious morale help. I've been a looooong time crate and CB2 fan since I was a kid buying my first adult dishes at c&b in the late s. The vibe here is radically different than other CB2 stores -- I was coming directly from work and dressed in formal business attire (not that it should even matter) yet no associate welcomed me, asked if I needed help which I did and while there was an excess of staff floating aimlessly on the floor on a sleepy weekday-- I had to chase a person down to actually answer a question I had about a piece of furniture I was intending to purchase. I can say the folks at the Cherry Hill c+b could teach them a few things about customer service and creating a welcoming and fun shopping experience. In general the store was also under stocked, disorganized/messy which honestly makes no sense as no one was in the store and there was plenty of people around to tidy shelves. Listen I'm still going to just order online and buy stuff but you're not going to get folks to stay and spend even more $$ then they planned if you're creating a very unwelcoming/dismissive envt #prettywoman🤷‍♀️"

"Don't buy from this place...spent a lot of money and they send us a table with an obvious little paint chip. We had just moved into a new house and didn't want to deal with a return. After a couple months the chip got worse and started bubbling up and rusting. We didn't ask for a new table, just a replacement leg on the one side. They refused and were pretty rude. There are places out there with better quality and more reasonable price point."
