I ordered two Casper lights a few months ago and they are so great that I ordered three more. The first new light would not charge. The second new light would not connect to the app. The third new light would not connect to the app and one of the buttons would not push. It’s an excellent product. I hope some company can come along that is actually capable of making them work.

We bought an adjustable base pro king bed frame from Casper by internet but it didn't work properly. Both sides were not aligned. We needed customer support and it was extremely slow, ineffective, and not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. After a long time, they sent some loose parts to be exchanged and it didn't fix it. The assembler himself, who knew little about the product, said that the bed frames used to work misaligned. After many months they sent another bed. We had the same problem. Casper was not flexible in negotiating, as we could even keep the bed, but we wanted some discount, or other products sent to us to compensate for these 4-5 months of stress. Even having purchased the bed frame, the mattress, sheet, pillows,... that is, having spent a VERY considerable amount of money with Casper, they were not very careful. We decided to return the bed frame. Now we realize that the pillowcase is opening the clasp in less than 5 months of use. We are extremely disappoin...

Casper customer service is terrible. My spouse and I have never been comfortable on this mattress. We've tried rotating the mattress, mattress pads, and new pillows. We would get relief for a few days to a few weeks, but the pain would come screaming back. I reached out to Casper customer support. They were quick to get back to me with follow up questions. I promptly answered the questions and sent the pictures they requested. Our mattress is dipping (we've had it less than 5 months) and the corners are not symmetrical. The pictures showed that. I have heard NOTHING back in over two weeks. I have followed up with emails and I've tried the live chat, but unfortunately, it keeps generating a form that is emailed and I don't end up chatting with anyone. Casper has yet to respond to my emails. Save your time and money. This company clearly talks a big game, but does not stand by their product.

I ordered a mattress over 6 weeks ago ad have not received it. The delivery date has changed 4 times and the best part is that they charged me in full for the order when I ordered it. Last, they still are selling the mattress on their website that I have been waiting for the past 6 weeks. I like the mattresses but delivery is terrible. I am returning the items I have already received and cancelling the order.

Earlier this week, during Black Friday / Cyber Monday + Cyber Week Deals, my family and I purchased a full sized mattress pad and 2 foam pillows to accompany it. A bit of context: during these extraordinary times, we are in the midst of preparing to move across country (from New York to Santa Monica) for my work. In doing so thought we'd give Casper products a try and, if we enjoyed our mattress topper, early next year we'd look forward to investing in a new, Queen mattress to celebrate our engagement/ new Home. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to do so during cyber week promotions and so, after much consideration (as you know, most ALL of your competitors offered discounts for Cyber Week), we opted to place the order for just under $500. I must say that as an e-commerce manager and a long time journalist in the consumer goods space, I am absolutely disgusted with the experience I had yesterday (12/3). In addition to being sent several erroneous text messages claiming that my...

It seemed like the perfect opportunity to do so during cyber week promotions and so, after much consideration (as you know, most ALL of your competitors offered discounts for Cyber Week), we opted to place the order for just under $. I must say that as an e-commerce manager and a long time journalist in the consumer goods space, I am absolutely disgusted with the experience I had yesterday (/3). In addition to being sent several erroneous text messages claiming that my packages were delivered, I was unable to reach anyone when I contacted customer service. After all the anticipation, despite all the beautiful branding, clean/crisp advertising, and seemingly flawless UX, you all have trusted $ products with a carrier like UPS who historically has not been known for their prestige or customer service. I have been using Apple Pay with no issue all holiday season (and beyond that, since its inception with no issue), across multiple vendors, website, e-commerce platforms and brands. I have not had issues using my debit check card with any carrier or company. I had absolutely NO issues with deliveries, theft, or confusion yet to my dismay, the moment I place an order with your D2C brand, I am suddenly left to panic for 4 hours wondering where exactly my package was delivered and why you all are misleading me. At this point, I would just like an immediate and full refund. I will be contacting my bank this morning to dispute the transaction as well as providing them a copy of this correspondence. This holiday season, I along with millions of others have a tremendous amount to be grateful for most notably my employment and good health. This was to be my first delivery in a string of upcoming holiday gifting deliveries and while you all ruined that experience (and lost a customer for life), I am extremely grateful that it was just a mattress topper. I would never trust this company with an actual mattress delivery, which is apparently what you specialize in. How terribly disappointing this entire first interaction as a customer has been and I hope that no one else is forced to experience this during what will absolutely be the most memorable year in modern human history. No photograph to accompany the delivery of items valued at $? Embarrassing. For all I know, my mattress topper is resting comfortably on some egregious delivery drivers bed I'll never know since it was not delivered to my home. One final note: my payment was processed in rapid speed; in exchange I was promised a mattress topper and two foam pillows. I would like my money back immediately as I will not have the enjoyment of these products now or at anytime in the future. I will also be providing a copy of this information and correspondence with the Better Business Bureau, the NY State Attorney General, and the CFPB. Your entire company should be embarrassed."
