"Mannnn….no se por donde empezar. This place has Been here for a while and I can see why! They carnitas are amazing! Not greasy or fatty like other places. Everyone there is extremely nice…from the carnicero, to the lady stocking the shelves, to the cashier. It’s a small family business but you can tell they care. Everything is organized and it feels good to spend your money here. I always stop by when I’m in the area!"
"I normally go to carniceria Jalisco every Saturday morning after work to get carnitas and tamales and normally the carnitas and tamales are delicious BUT the last two times I went to get the tamales the tamales were really dried as if the tamales were over cooked and then today I went to get some carnitas and a dozen of tamales I was thinking why not give Jalisco another shot maybe this time will be different well the carnitas was delicious like always BUT when I tried the tamales good lord they were terrible after I took a few bites I noticed that not only did the tamales had a sour taste but also a sour smell as if it was spoiled . I had my boyfriend try my tamale and smell it uk maybe I was trippin 🤷♀️ But he also said the tamale had a weird smell like a sour smell I told my bf I don’t think we should eat anymore bc we can get sick from salmonella and god knows what else . So I ended up throwing away a dozen of spoiled tamales and was so ashamed I wasted my money on spoiled tamales them tamales are not cheap. Definitely won’t be buying any tamales from Jalisco ugh so sad bc they were once so good . Id look forward every Saturday morning after work(work the night shift) to get some tamales and carnitas from Jalisco. I hope Jalisco sees this post and does something about there tamale situation.~ Hope we don’t get food poisoning~😒"
