"I had a pretty horrible experience with this company, at a time when I should not have been. One employee in particular, Dennis, was nothing but problems… he gave me false information, ignored my questions, didn’t follow through when he said he would, and when I went to pick up my father’s cremains, I heard him in the back of the office using profanity. So unprofessional. I wrote a friendly email to the owner explaining my experience, and no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"If you call for information and haven't heard of of a bereavement letter before, then don't worry. The owner and manager will make you feel like you just asked what the big yellow thing in the sky is. She very well could have been have been having a bad day, but it was condescending nonetheless."

"I was first set back by the picture/logo and thought this was for animal cremation. I quickly asked the meaning behind the logo and Kellee was kind of enough to explain. (Which was a very interesting cool history lesson). Her voice, her kindness and her attention to detail was what caught my attention. I had a hard time talking about the my mother's death. I was calling to get a quote so I could get an idea how much it was going to cost to get my mother's body transported from San Diego back to Arizona. I rambled on and Kellee listened and she was very calm. The fact that she allowed me to tell my mother's story without interruption was nice. I also told her I've never been through anything like this before and I was clueless to how this all would work. Kallee calmly explained and from that point on she was my new best friend. (She was my the calm in the storm). When you go through a death of a parent you feel lost and alone. Kelle made me feel comfortable talking to her and she told me she would always answer her phone /7 if I called. At that point I decided not to call anyone else and not get anymore quotes. The cost was not important anymore - I only wanted my mom's body to be taken care of with care. This was the place and the person I wanted to take care of my mom. Hats off to Kallee who is the owner and general Manager for an outstanding job. From start to finish this place was truly amazing. They took care of everything exactly like they said they would. Thank you for taking care of my mom and getting her back home. You guys are truly the place use when this service is needed. Thank you. EWillie"
