Professor Massapê has cultivated an environment rich with smiles (always smile!), welcoming students, and most of all contagious energy. Easy decision to sign myself, my wife, and our son up to go on this Capoeira journey together ... it feels like we've just extended our family unit because that is the atmosphere he's built here and one that we're proud to be a part of. I'm in my mid-s now and after only a handful of classes I've already begun to improve the way my body moves; something that I've been chasing forever, but as I've gotten up there in age ... has been so much more difficult to catch.
