"Drove 1 hour to get here during store hours - min before closing time and employees closed and have been walking through-out store without an explanation while I knock on the door. It’s obvious they see me. Other customers also pulled up, this is really unprofessional to close as some people such as myself drive really long distances. At least open the door and say your closed rather than act like they don’t see the customers? Really unprofessional."
