"I am a new patient and was very happy with my first appointment. The facility clean, nicely decorated and has lots of space in the lobby. The front staff was very friendly. I literally have never been seen so quickly in my entire life! Dr. Weaver was very thorough and even noticed some issues with my skin that I didn’t think were anything that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend this office."

"They seem pretty fast when they start the service but it's all about money. I am the patient and requested the biopsy result and they charge me $ for medical record request and another $ for medical records. I just asked for a copy of paper (1 page) and they still want to charge me. I, as a patient, have the right to know the result and get a copy of it and they still want to charge me $ for one paper. They way they speak to me is like I won't give your result unless you pay me NOW. Yes, $ doesn't matter to me but I will never go back to this office. The young lady physician is not experienced either. This is a ridiculous place."

"Everyone at the front desk at CalifornIa Skin Institute is welcoming and very helpful. There were some insurance issue I had but Jaquelin was vey helpful and resolved the issue right away. Dr. Pun was thorough with my examination and answered my questions about existing moles I have as well as some new bumps I have observed on my skin. Everything is benign ( thank goodness ). I was put at ease with Dr. Pun’s calming bedside manner. I would highly recommend The California Skin Institute and Dr. Pun."
