FAQ:
"From law website: "It seems that in % or more of the cases investigated, DFEH concludes that there is "insufficient evidence" of discrimination and they issues a right to sue letter. This is in large because DFEH has limited resources, and cannot possibly thoroughly investigate every case. The DFEH sticks to cases with a larger group of employees.""
"dfeh doesnt have experience to handle the client and no knowledge of law and their right. All they do is stall you til complete then decide to closed the case. it say no jurisdiction from my document. Investigated my case for one year then closed my case for due to no jurisdiction. then why take my case if they knew it was not jurisdiction. very profit orangziation. to deaf community, dont apply this company dfeh. they dont support deaf community. I have more about dfeh from documents. im thinking about it on real media website."
"Total waste of time in my opinion. One government agency(DFEH) covering up for another government agency, closing my case for NO JUSTIFIED REASON. I had provided proof that totaly contradicted the employers claims on non-discrimination and yet the assigned investigator still closed my case!!? A determination was based on NON PROVEN CLAIMS BY THE EMPLOYER (VERBAL ONLY) But I provided documented emails that TOTALY contradicted the claims of non-discrimination by my employer. If i could I would give NO stars for my assigned investigator. I see why there are so many negative reviews against some of these investigators who refuse to pay attention to what is being proven vs what is just being said. This is a SERIOUS BROKEN GOVERNMENT SYSTEM. It appears to me that most of these investigators do not want to work allowing these government agency to continue to obstruct justice."
"Did everything online and received my letter to right to sue due to EEOC being shut down."
"Same old dead end - nothing but paperwork then we are unable to help - social injustice @ its finest vulnerable senior @ risk of homelessness and retaliation for complaints filed"
